About Us

With Decades of Experience and a True Commitment to Precision Excavation and Site Work.

Milania Corporation was established in 2025 by owner Zach Taylor, who brings more than a decade of experience in excavation and utility construction. Over the course of his career, Zach has contributed to major infrastructure projects, including the New Hampshire Department of Transportation Route 93 expansion and bridge replacement, the Piscataqua River Bridge rehabilitation joint venture between the Maine Department of Transportation and NHDOT, as well as numerous utility and infrastructure upgrades at the University of New Hampshire.

After spending the past five years in Boston working with large construction firms on DRC and Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) projects, Zach made the decision to establish his own company. Named after his daughter, Milania Corporation was founded on the belief that reliable, high-quality service, open communication, and effective project management are the foundation of success on every project.

What Is Excavation and Site Work?

Excavation and site work represent the crucial initial stages in construction, where raw land is prepared for development by removing obstacles, excavating and relocating earth, grading to create level surfaces, and installing vital underground utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical lines, all of which lay the groundwork for a stable foundation and functional infrastructure prior to the construction of any building. While excavation focuses specifically on the digging aspect, site work encompasses the entire range of land preparation tasks, from surveying to the final grading and installation of utilities.

Our Satisfied & Happy Customers

Zach from Miliana Corporation showed up at our most time of need- We were in it deep, Literally! Zach was able to provide excellent pricing, scope of work and timeline for project completion. He was onsite literally the next day with excavator and crew to dig a damaged sanitary line out in one of the most treacherous areas surrounding sensitive gas lines. He was in frequent communication with myself, project managers and provided updates and pictures as the project went along. All in all, extremely professional, accurate and excellent business partner. We have added him to our list of preferred vendors for all things construction.
